By accessing or using m-notes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

m-notes is an AI-native markdown knowledge base that provides note-taking, semantic search, and a built-in MCP server for AI assistant integration. The service is provided as-is with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to store or distribute illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or abuse the API or MCP server endpoints in a way that degrades service for other users.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all notes and content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and generate embeddings from your content solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Paid plans include SLA commitments as specified in the plan details.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
